Clair has a rare mix of both left-brain and right-brain talents. During her college years, she studied biochemistry and earned a B.S. and an M.S. degree. While mentally satisfying, working in the sciences left Clair feeling like she could use her time more fully; she wanted a career that helped people. After a few years in the lab, Clair decided to make good on her desire for service and enrolled in law school. At Georgia State University’s School of Law, Clair mentored under Professor Mary Radford, a well-known expert in the field of wills, trusts, and estates. She knew then that she had found her calling.
After law school, Clair spent time helping low-income clients at Atlanta Legal Aid Society navigate civil issues. Later, Clair decided to take a break from practice and start her own business. After three years of growing her company, she decided to come back to her true passion – estate planning and elder law. The combination of her analytical thinking and creative brainstorming are a true asset to our team.
In her spare time, Clair keeps busy with her two dogs, Eliot and Daisy, and loves spending time with her family and friends. She hikes, cooks, writes nonfiction, and indulges in the occasional Netflix (or HBO) binge.
