Our Free Seminars Prepare for End of Life – Helping You Protect Yourself in Life and Death Matters

free seminars to prepare for end of life asset protection

Why prepare for end of life?

Have you ever heard the saying that “The art of living well and the art of dying well are one”?

It’s a quote that I take to heart. In my estate and asset protection elder law practice, this is what fuels my mission when working with clients to help them prepare for end of life and protect assets they have now and later.

I want to help my clients live well and die well. To this end, The Estate & Asset Protection Law Firm is offering a series of free seminars on how to best prepare for end of life, protecting assets now and in the future.

The two January seminars will educate you about how to protect your assets against anyone who decides to make a concerted effort to get them away from you whether it be a lawsuit, a disgruntled relative or creditor. You’ll also learn how to avoid the many pitfalls of probate.

In February, we’ll be focusing on Trust strategies and government benefit planning as well as how to manage charitable giving through your estate plan.

The dates and times are below. Mark your calendars and schedule reminders. Living well is an ongoing process that can be mastered right up to the time you take your last breath. We’d be honored to help you achieve greater mastery.

We hope you’ll join us – making the decision to both prepare for end of life and ensure you’re protected now as well – as you continue on your journey.
